DUNCAN ASHENHURST
Principal Consultant | Director
Duncan has over 16 years' experience in IT and software solutions as diverse as GIS, Asset Management and ERP/FMIS systems, but has spent most of his time with ECM, workflow and automation platforms in NZ and the UK. He loves to work with organisations small and large; helping them to achieve streamlined, optimised processes through careful analysis of their requirements and staying focussed on desired outcomes.
As well as having a strong track-record with Laserfiche, ABBYY and DocuSign product capabilities, he prides himself on his ability to quickly grasp complex and unique technical systems, integrations and workflows, and communicate them in simple, clear terms - which maximises the chance that everyone from core users to business management and technical personnel will feel on board with any project.
Outside of work he's trying hard to get back into regular squash matches, enjoys playing the drums and cooking, and needs to read more.

BIPIN NAMBIAR
Senior Solutions Consultant - Analyst
Bipin is our Senior Solutions Consultant with over 12 years industry experience in New Zealand and India. Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Data Capture solutions make up his key skill repertoire. He started his career as a software programmer providing solutions in banking & finance before working as Assistant Manager (IT Operations) for a non-banking financial institution. He then took a break to complete his MBA in Business Transformation using Information Science from Durham Business School (United Kingdom). Post his business degree, Bipin held roles across various capacities in IT; focussing on solution consulting and delivering digital transformation solutions for SME's as well as Enterprise organisations.
In addition to his technical skills, he has strong interpersonal skills and brings solid experience in business process analysis and re-design. He has a great sense of what customers want, and he consistently delivers quality enterprise solutions.
Bipin moved to New Zealand in 2015 from Kerala, India, and has quickly adapted to the Kiwi way of life. He loves being with his family and has recently been trying his hand at cooking. Usually you can see him trying to teach his 2 year old daughter how to put her laces through a football. Bipin loves sports, and while not watching his beloved Red Devils - an avid Manchester United fan for over 20 years - he captains his club cricket team.
