After investigating the market, Laserfiche Cloud was selected as the right tool for the job - with its easy-to-use interfaces and rapid deployment model for customised processes being highly appealling. Siteworx has taken an agile 'build it for purpose' approach, with Web Forms driving much of their content-filing and compliance.
Solution
Laserfiche Cloud now streamlines and automates many of their Contract Bidding, Project Set-up and Completion tasks - including Health and Safety compliance, communications with other parties and overall content filing requirements. Look-ups to and from other core systems have also been implemented. Future work will involve HR onboarding and offboarding, and many other use cases.
