Te Amo Atawhai deals with complex and highly sensitive customer engagements, where information handling needs to be managed securely, efficiently and with appropriate cultural awareness. They had to ensure any solution would be robust, easily configurable and easy to use. Their previous experiences and market research led them to Laserfiche and ifTHEN.
Solution
We worked with Te Amo Atawhai to implement Laserfiche Cloud; deploying around 12 x Web Forms processes that are used many times each day. This deployment was up and running in a fraction of the time that other systems would take. We also integrated the Laserfiche solution with their core Line of Business System - Carecall.
